Return & Refund Policy

At ELANO, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement under the following terms and conditions:


Return Eligibility

  1. If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product category and its condition.

  3. Please note that returns are not accepted for change-of-mind cases.


Valid Reasons for Return

  • Product delivered is damaged, physically broken, or defective.

  • Product delivered is incorrect (different from what was displayed on our website) or incomplete (missing parts or accessories).

  • Product size does not match the size you ordered.


Invalid Reasons for Return

  • You no longer need or want the product.

  • You have simply changed your mind after placing the order.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  2. The product must include original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories (if any).

  3. The product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging/box.


Refund Process

If your product is approved for a refund:

  • You may choose to receive a refund via exchange courier.

  • Once we receive your returned product (within 2-3 working days after you initiate the return) and it passes quality control (1-2 working days), your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Please note that unforeseen issues or transportation delays may sometimes extend the refund processing time.
